All orders of $50 or more have free shipping! Jewelry is Shipped to the address on paypal account only. The cost of shipping depends on what the item is and how many items are being shipped. When the item is shipped, I will also send an email that contains and confirms the item, shipping information, and tracking number. All items are packaged in a bubble padded envelope to ensure safe delivery. Some items may vary in shipping time depending on the piece of jewelry. Most items take 2-3 weeks, while others may take longer. Larger orders may take longer to ship.
Returns are accepted for exchanges, but no refunds are given. Returns may only be made within 10 days of the arrival date of shipment. Buyer will receive store credit equal to the amount of the item originally bought (this excludes the shipping amount). IMPORTANT: For exchanges, buyer will receive an invoice to his/her email containing a flat rate $2.00 shipping charge + 10% stocking fee. The new exchanged item will not be shipped before this fee is paid. Please send us an email before the return with the item(s) you want to exchange it with and reason for return (wrong size, didn't like it, etc.). When email is received, Hemptide will send a confirmation email that contains a receipt, instructions, and an RMA # which will be issued to the buyer and must be included with the returned item package. RMA # is valid for 15 days after issue date. Once you receive the email, you may ship the item (including the RMA #) to the return address on the shipping label of the package. The item that is returned must look exactly like it was when it was first shipped, i.e., no broken shells or ripped hemp.
